Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We offer one time exchanges for sizing within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. You will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or store credit.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact us at admin@madefrommistakes.com with your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the size you need. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at admin@madefrommistakes.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos clearly showing the damage or defect. We will review your claim and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm the issue. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Sale and Final Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been approved for a refund and have not received it within 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at admin@madefrommistakes.com.
